While I don't doubt that he is probably back playing, he wouldn't be stupid enough to use his name again knowing that people are on the watch for him, and he is banned from PP.

Or he's brilliantly hiding in plain sight.

Aside from the fact that the Model Rules do not govern in my jurisdiction, and are thus irrelevant, your analysis is so poor and libelous that I will actually respond to it at length later this afternoon (I dearly wish I could now) to show what an idiot you are.

I will make you my bitch. I don't know where you went to school, but I'm pretty sure the diploma came in the mail.

[/ QUOTE ]

Obviously I could have no way of knowing what your jurisdiction is, thus I posted under model rules, however the rules that I alluded to are pretty standard in most of the jurisdictions, with only minor differences, and not only that, you posted on an internet message board, and had electronic communications with someone who is most likely not in your jurisdiction anyway, so you may not necessarily be subject to the jurisdiction you thiink you are.

I am done arguing with you, as someone pointed out, continuing to argue with you would be inane. My earlier comment still stands, anyone who is looking for a lawyer in general would be served by getting a list of reputable lawyers from their state bar association, and not from someone trying to recruit clients from an internet message board. The fact that you need to solicit clients in this manner is very telling. Ambulance chasers are always at the bottom of the legal totem pole.

[/ QUOTE ]

Hey jman, are you still 100% man, or have you been made a bitch without us hearing about it? I was expecting some fireworks...this is very anti-climactic.

Haven't heard from the ambulance chaser since that last post he made.

Edit: And my offer still stands on admitting I'm wrong if he provides his name and bar # and is cleared by his local bar after I report him for improper client solicitation. My guess is thats why he's not posting anymore.

All,

I would also like to point out that the type of rationalization/explanation that Justin uses is the exact same sort of thing that easily leads to "eh, all my buddies are sharing their hole cards, it's not that bad and very small +EV knowing that, so hey i folded A3h, what you guys have?" to "eh, why should we bust each other out in this sat w/ 5 seats when there are two randoms who are short too? ok, let's not attack each other's blinds, but let's not cheat" to "hmm, wow, i am huge chipleader but my buddy is on life support and almost at bubble, ok, lemme double him up so he will get me next time" to who knows what else.

I posted in this thread that ZJ's moral compass was clearly off. And his guiding principles seem to be gems like: "Most of us are too greedy to pass up money that easy."

Hopefully, this time, ZJ will actually learn something from this experience and accept responsibility, rather than continuing to attempt to rationalize his cheating.

[/ QUOTE ]

I haven't read to the end yet. Has anyone brought up the Jarrod (spelling?) gang? The group of guys who talk on the phone with each other during major MTT's, but who "swear" they stop discussing hands if they end up on the same table?

I called bs on that practice when I first heard about it, and I call bs on it now. PERHAPS Jarrod has not "crossed the line", but that's HIS LINE, not mine. I don't think it's right to even be discussing hands during a tournament, period. One man, one hand, and all that. That's not cheating I suppose, but I'll wager that someone in his gang has crossed the line and fully colluded.

It's a slippery slope people, as this thread has shown us.

Anyway, since it has been proven that JJ and Justin cheated, and I haven't been able to chime in until now:

a big FU to you both.

And a small fu to all who even remotely defended their actions or who lashed out at others for overreacting or snitching.
