A nit is unlikely to call this turn with pocket pairs unless he has a strong read that you are bluffing. He is also unlikely to call it with 2 hearts either. So he very liekly either has a set or an ace. If you bet more on the river he might fold a few of the weaker aces that have not made 2 pair but it's very risky and the majority of the time they will probably call because it's a heads up hand.

You should just check-fold turn here imo.
