ok...maybe I must apologize to the Cards management some what;
I didn't expect Edmonds to return this quickly. So, it appears correct to not have made room on the roster for another position sub the last week.
I have to give Edmonds some props for coming back while still bothered and taking over first for Pujols. My fingers are crossed that Jimmy stays healthy.

That's it. Isringhausen is done. It may be time to give up. 3-run dong for Griffey and now a walk to Dunn. Ugh. Won't matter when Pujols comes back if he keeps blowing them. My lord...

They had it...can't blame this one on not having Pujols, bullpen had nothing tonight, gave up runs in the 7th, 8th, and then the lead in the 9th...

He's doing to you guys what Borowski did to us in the first half of 04. Better get rid of him. He sucks bad. On Sunday, I was fairly confident we were going to come back in the 9th when they brought him in.

This series could hinge on which awful bullpen manages to suck less. So far, the Reds sucked slightly less.

Estaban Yan for MVP!

1.7 WHIP. As many walks as innings pitched. The guy is flat out DONE. I hope that LaRussa and Duncan pull the plug on this has-been before he does even more damage.
