@Doc - I think you have to be honest with this girl. Tell her that you have strong feelings for her. Tell her that she is tearing you apart with all the false hope she's giving you.

It probably won't get you in her pants, but if she isn't interested in you, she probably won't call you for a while(I think this is a REALLY good thing for you).

As other posters previously said, try to meet other girls, try to have some activities outside of HER.

Just read through the entire thread. Not sure if its been already said, but basically if you demonstrate interest in another girl or have the discipline to show LESS interest in HER, she'll be all over you like white on rice. Playing hard to get is the oldest, but most effective trick in the book.

No offence taken. I believe I stopped short of recommending that he keep pursuing her though. I just gave advice based on the asssumption that he wasn't giving up.

And I stand by my call that he could still get physical with her if he wants. The more I hear the less I think he should keep up the chase, but that's not my call. I do think, as has been mentioned, that Doc will probably always wonder "what if?" if he doesn't get it on with her. To me that is a fairly compelling reason to keep going, but definitely not with the idea of a relationship in mind.

Ever have a goal for so long that when you finally achieve it you feel more a sense of relief and maybe even disgust, maybe a desire to get away from it as far as possible forever, than happiness?

If he ever lands in her pants, I think the way this has been dragged out and made so miserable could go like that. At a certain point, I'd imagine something like this might even turn into some kind of revenge f*ck or something. Instead of "this is so great," more like "thank god this whole goddam thing is finally over."

If Doc gets in her vagina he'll probably either propose to her on the spot or hope he can get away from her as quickly as possible, having accomplished his vagina goals and paid the awful price. The least likely thing seems to be that a healthy, happy relationship comes out of this.

Thus, I predict that she relents and they "date". She lets him see some booby, but he does not enter her pants. After a month or so she breaks up with him and begins dating the football team.

I suspect she will probably be "dating" the football team by about the time he has mustered up the courage to take her out on some nice dates and maybe push the boundaries and go for a good kiss or something.

After she regrets what she has done w/ those six guys, she will probably appreciate having him to lean on and tell about how bad she feels about blowing that one dude while the other dude was doing her from behind and now neither will call her back and are spreading rumors about what a sloot she is. OP will be there ready to comfort her and take her out for a nice dinner and maybe some cuddling.

This is the crux of my thinking at the moment. I think he'll probably learn more, and get over this chick quicker, if he can [censored] her. If he can do that, finally take her down off of the pedestal he's put her on, and not end up in a relationship, I reckon that's probably the ultimate outcome.
