this one was good too: villain was pretty much a fish to begin with, and I had also played him out of a few pots recently, so I think he was looking to get back at me. As soon as he insta-potted the turn I got dollar signs in my eyes.

so how come many of u guys keep your party names TOP SECRET? is it because people might read your posts and therefore be able to read your soul at the table? i must have played with many of u guys if seemingly all of you are playing the partypokeher 600nl 6max... my account is "sensestied", criticisms on my donkish play welcome

I'm Caratheodory on Party, I don't keep my SN secret or anything. I've played a bit with you and from what I remember you were kinda tight but pretty solid, I'll look up stats tomorrow.

I often wonder if mackyp secretly reads or posts here - he sure gets a lot of hands posted about him.

I'm up $1K lifetime against him, so I actually like him.

I'm Dockslapped on party.

I don't really care about it being out, if somebody reads all my posts to figure out my game, that'll take him several hours and the EV he loses from not playing isnt worth it to him (and I'll be raking in mad scrilla in the meantime). And thats if he could even figure out my game from what i've written, and I don't think thats necessarily the case.

Over the 400 or so hands i've got on you, most look solid. A few spurious preflop raises in there OOP, and preflop is a bit tight, but thats cool.

I know this is a boring, hoary old topic but does anyone have any thoughts on how 2/4 compares to 1/2? I've played a couple of thousand hands now and I've been pleasantly surprised at the games seeming relatively passive. I haven't needed to defend my c-bets or second barrel nearly as often and people almost always seem to have the goods when they play back, rather than potting it into me repeatedly with bottom pair. Also there are more calling stations, which I guess is good, even if it's been screwing me up a bit. [img]/images/graemlins/crazy.gif[/img] Is this just an aberration or what?
