how big is a small sample? If it's not >100k hands then it's not enough to justify charging for a video.

the people who would benefit the most from a video don't know me, and the people who know how worthwhile a video of mine would be need it the least.

I just happen to be thinking about joining CR, have been for a while but the price is a bit steep IMO @ 24.99 per month and the first month is $100.

The videos seem pretty good from the samples that they put out but not sure if it will be wise for me to sign up yet.

Im only playing 10NL and don't know if I want to hit my BR for that much. Im thinking wait till I get to $25NL.

Any other 10NL players have CR?
If so, do you suggest I get a membership?
How are the unseen goodies they offer, such at forums and articles? They can't possibly beat uNL in that area!!

I am a member, play 25NL, with stabs at 50NL, imho at our stakes its better to purchase a few of the lowstakes videos ($4ish) first. Move up to the subscription when the monthly fee is a smaller portion of your win rate. Just my two cents.

I've played with you several times before and I didn't see anything that impressive TBH. I remember FTing a 4/180 with you and seeing you make several donktacular plays.

i havent played a 4/180 since the MTTF challenge, which was like 8 months ago?

I've seen players that crush the stakes they play have losing or breakeven stretches of 25-30k hands. I figure the inverse could also be true.

This was perhaps back in January, and it was definitely you, unless you're not 0evg0 with that helimonkey avatar on pokerstars.

Regardless, I'm just saying that with the bredth of free videos out there, I really don't think that any video you make, especially one WITHOUT commentary, playing on 8 tables, is worth paying for. 4 tables is hard enough to make out on these grainy videos, and it's hard to follow or make reads (since there's no way you're ever making out the PT stats, those are tiny in vids) so basically you're left with NO understanding of WHY you're making a play, which is the entire point.

EVG I don't doubt your abilities, but you really need to drop the ego act.

talk to Cardrunners ask if u can submit a guest video....if they like it, they'll put it up and I assume u would get some compensation
