I only received 132 party points yesterday. Yet my 1000 raked hand bonus says I have 210 remaining. This would mean that I played 790 raked hands yesterday (NL25), and thus should have 156 party points.

Should I argue this with PP and risk having my bonus pulled? Thoughts?

I started and cleared the TopBucks50 bonus yesterday. I played a mix of $50, $100 & $200 NL. That was plenty to get the 150 regular points.

How do you find out that you've reached the target?

If you've got a pending bonus, you can keep checking the raked hands you've received from that, and then calculate your points that way. Otherwise, you'll have to use PT and filter it so that only hands that have been raked show up, and you can count them that way.

I just use the current hands count on the stats screen to get an estimate.

Open up PP and go to, "My account". Then go to Player's Club > Statements > View April, 2006 Party Points. Look under "regular points" on the chart. They are the only points that count.

The definition of raked hand (for the TopBucks40 promotion) and the definition of raked hand (for the Magic Card promotion) are different if you are playing no limit. The two only correspond exactly if you are playing limit (where the minimum rake is 50 cents). This has been discussed earlier in the thread.

How are you guys earning points so easily and up to those levels? Do you guys just spend 12+ hours multitabling high stakes games or what? I have such a hard time to even get 20 in a day.

[/ QUOTE ]

Even at a rate of 4 points per 20 hands, you'd only need 760 raked hands per day, which can easily be done in 4-5 hours of 4-tabling.

I'm positive. I'm in Los Angeles but I start playing usually at night around midnight PST. I 4 tabled for 3 hours and then took a break for a bit. Around noon PST I 4 tabled for another 5 and a half hours.
