- alcohol is awfully bad for you. I'm not a health nut or anything (i have many other chemical vices), but the effects of alcohol use are pretty dire.

- i don't particularly enjoy the feeling of being drunk (being buzzed is ok).

- history of mild alcoholism in my family.

I don't have a problem with other people drinking (even you, shadow); many of my best friends are raging lushes.
