Well, his M was less than 10 and given the hand range he put the raiser on (raiser's M was about 4 or 5), I think it was a +EV move given the pot odds he was getting.

Did you read the rest of the post? It is against the rules and has to be because of the potential collusion issue. When you sign up you have to agree to the rules. Everything else is smoke screen.

the point is you are saying that it's only cheating if you end up at the same table of yourself? this is 100% not true, it's black and white defined by the party T&C

You read the rest of it but you didn't understand it. That may be my fault. People are arguing about whether or not it should be against the rules (the ethics question) in a way that detracts from the fact that it is against the rules and has to be.
