Withdrew 300 from epassporte to bank account and got the same "Failure" message and money is no longer in epassporte account. Hmm is everyone getting this problem?

I did the same thing on the 7th, and they all show up as matched. Did anyone have a problem on the 7th?

I just cranked out $600 (my daily limit) from an ATM to test things out. It worked fine and now I am at work with 30-20$ bills in my pocket. [img]/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img]

i had money staged for next stars reload...i just moved it to stars to play it safe. I am certain stars will officially announce their reload within the next 72 hours just to screw me.

yes. they sent me an email, saying they were aware of the problem are were working on fixing it. Apparently, it is some time-out error.
