Any idea on whether or not (and possibly when) heads-up tables will be available at 5/10+? Any info would be greatly appreciated...

Hi,

I have 2 basic questions regarding wpex.

1) how is the rakeback calculated? Is it rake divided by everyone dealt into the hand, or is it rakeback given based on how much you contribute to rake?

2) Is there anything I can do to make it not slow down my computer like crazy and let me play more tables? I have a good computer, but 4 tables is the max I can play and with that I have tons of lag and the mouse doesn't move smoothly.

also add some HU sngs for all levels, maybe starting at $2 and up. (with 8-10 min levels would be awesome)

I dunno about this one. Used to be you could up the process's priority, but they do that automatically now. Obviously if you are running other computer intensive programs, then stopping them will help. Otherwise, more RAM or a new computey may be needed.

It may be that you have to move the process priority DOWN. WPEX automatically sets process priority at the highest level which can cause the problems you're encountering if certain conditions/other programs are present. Setting the priority to the second highest level may help.

anyone else having problems with money getting stuck in session balance when you stop playing?

in my 4 days here, i've had this problem twice, and have had to spend time with phone support getting them to transfer me the money.

Jeffmet, i've had money vanish when i leave tables, and been told after lengthy discussions with support that my $$$ is, "stuck in the sportsbook" at which point they retrieve it. it's funny though because its happened twice, and both times they seemed to think i was scamming them.

jeff no need to contact support everytime it gets stuck in session balance. usually at max , it will stay stuck 30min at most. only bad thing i,s if you require a full withdrawl of your funds, you will need to wait till your funds are released. usually if you restart the poker client or log onto wsex and into your account.that should do the trick to releasing your funds.
