Since crockpot called me out for making unsubstantiated and non researched claims...

I would think the difference between a full scrubs pen and full ace pen being like ~15 or so wins? Like on an otherwise replacement team just taking all the bullpen and putting the 7-9 best guys, but not adjusting for their pitching. This would benefit a team with horrid starting more than good starting pitching it seems.

What're your thoughts?

I'm not totally sure what you mean, but yea an all stud relief team would be better for a team with awful SP's simply because they will throw more innings.

The difference between 500 innings of super awesome relief(2 ERA) and super horrible relief(5 ERA) is about 160 runs. I forget how many runs=wins but assuming it's around 10 that's about the 15 wins you suggested.

Yanks with 8 hits and 8 runs and not even through 6 outs yet. Home runs from A-Rod, Meintkeiczwizkzczk, and Posada. A-Rod's 8th! Not to mention, he already had an RBI single in the first. When this team hits... they hit.

7 of the 9 starters already have a hit, and it's not even a third of the way through the game. That's sick.
