I'm done posting here...as of now I've not broken any laws, nor breached any contract.

If you want to ignore the hotheads here, I think most people would understand.

I encourage you to continue to post updates regarding payment status. Otherwise, people might misconstrue the lack of communication as a disappearance. I think you are on the right track by contacting your broker, bringing the website back up, and for the most part keeping your cool in the face of significant hostility. Keeping the lines of communication open via posted updates is probably your best course at this point.

2+2ers: Please back off and let FON try to resolve this. He's already answered multiple questions and brought his website back up until the matter can be resolved. There is nothing productive in bashing him while he tries to set things right. Regardless of your opinion of his motivations, you are not helping by being hostile at this point. Give him a chance to fix things.

This has already been answered. Nonetheless, the information on the identification provided MUST match your account information.

[/ QUOTE ]

So if you have moved and your address on your d.l. is not your current address he will use that as an excuse not to pay.

[/ QUOTE ]

As per our Terms and Conditions...which are once again available.

IMPORTANT: www.casinocashunlimited.com is back up - you should be able to login and check your status, but that's about it. The support module is also functioning. Finally, I'm looking into the email issue; I will post as soon as it is confirmed to be functioning properly.

UPDATE: The email issue has been resolved. Feel free to send the requested documents at any time. Please be advised that the email must originate from the email account which you registered with, and that you must reference your CasinoCashUnlimited.com username in that email.

[/ QUOTE ]

You put the site back up, but it says nothing about having to send documentation in order to get paid. Are you going to wait for people who don't read 2+2 to come to you or are you planning to add that information to your homepage?

I honestly cant believe that some of you are actual going to send this guy your personal information.

I signed up through SIA through his site and thats the only site I did. Now I have to prove I am not a gnome even though FON will get paid irregardless if I am or not.

My friend, who was supposed to receive a RAF bonus for referring me, signed up for Planet/StarLuck and a bingo room, he never bothered with SIA becuase he doesnt like sports betting, but now all of sudden he has to provide ID becuase FON is concerned about gnomes on SIA? HUH!!!!

As for section A5 of the T&C, I fail to see where in the terms it states that CCU has the right to completely negate any previous contractual obligation in the event the user fails to provide documentation. You may go ahead and request ID per your T&C and terminate my account and not allow anymore activity on it in the future, but I highly doubt you are released from the original contractual obligation that you are now trying to avoid based upon the wording of this term.

Q. Why are you requiring them now?

A.[ QUOTE ]
I'm requesting verification documents because it has come to my attention that many of the Sports Interaction completions were/are "gnomes." As per our Terms and Conditions, I am well within my rights to request such verification...and failure to do so is breach of contract.

[/ QUOTE ]

I am acting in compliance with my Terms and Conditions...yet many of you refuse to do the same? No payments would have been sent yet, so regardless of what is going on...none of you have grounds to claim nonpayment. If you refuse to provide the requested verifications your account will be closed - period.

[/ QUOTE ]

Is this only for SIA or for all outstanding credits?

Sorry, show me where the T&C's say that I won't be paid if I have moved (and thus have a new address) since signing up (or since last getting a new driver's license)?

As some people in this thread seem only interested in arguing and leveling personal attacks, my further participation will be limited to status updates as promised earlier - I look forward to resolving this in a timely manner and apologize for any confusion my actions may have caused prior to now. As suggested by several members via private message, I would like to let everyone know that any and all further updates will be posted at www.casinocashunlimited.com; there is no need to clutter these forums with personal arguments.

A few parting words:

Thank you to everyone who has gone out of their way to make helpful suggestions; it may not be evident how much I appreciate a break from the hostility. Also, account information can no longer be updated as this would defeat the purpose of current identity verification tactics. Please understand that I believe my request for ID verification is a reasonable (and logical) one, and is by no means an attempt to cheat anyone out of anything. If your account/completions is/are unique and legitimate, and you have not violated our Terms & Conditions, you have nothing to worry about. Thank you.

You promised earlier you wouldn't post here again. If you can't keep that promise then why should anyone expect anything more from you. Stall tactics sums it up. $50 towards a legal fund to make FON pay.

E.Z. please post the response you get from him. Should be good stuff. Also once he responds forward the info to him about the actual person who tried this crap. Go Daddy will have logs of the whois so the Politican if he wishes will be able to retrieve them and see what this guy did. Isn't impersonating a Government offical a big no-no? Just add another to the list of illegal things FON has done.
