for the [censored] of it or for CR? i'm thinking about making one for the hell of it and selling it to people on here. actually, i made one one time, but i couldn't host it because it was a huge file of me 4 tabling for an hour. VERY funny tho, fken hilarious, couple posters on here saw it.

i watched a few vids last year on CR and didnt think it was really worth my time (basic concepts, nothing really clever being discussed etc) so i cancelled my subscription within a few days. has it improved much in the past few months?

they are hugely +EV to take a break and watch a few good ones when you are playing like [censored], running bad, spewing, or any combination of those.

they can be that small reminder to stop doing stupid stuff.

Totally agree.. It's honestly so little money for picking up even something tiny to improve your game.

I don't watch a lot of videos when I'm running/playing well, only the ones by my favorite pro's at higher stakes. But when I'm running/playing poorly they can give me some perspective and help remove some tilt just from watching another good player play w/ commentary.

I'll watch new vids from Stinger or TC @ 3/6+, thats about it. I really liked the Jman vid, and also liked some of the ActionJeff donkament vids. I didn't like the few aba vids I watched and haven't watched any since.

for anyone good at poker its not going to be anything that will magically turn you into a big winner. but at least for me it gets me thinking about different strategies/ways to play hands differently, which helps me improve over the long run. IMO too many decent mid stakes players are happy making $100+/hr and do not put any thought into doing things outside of the tables to improve their game.
