Party,

Thanks for the "HIDE BLACKJACK" option. Is there also a "HIDE SIDEBET" option?

Can someone tell me if the issue with the non-working buttons have been addressed by Party?

If you're reading this, party representative, know this. The buttons working is the single most important thing for me when choosing poker site. I've been very pleased with Party in the past, but if this isn't fixed I guarantee I will be out of here within the week. It's the (only) reason I don't play at Pokerstars, which otherwise is (or at least was, it's too soon to tell how the new party is) the superior site.

I again want to stress how critically important it is to get this fixed. I hope it is.

I second that, and actually had to stop playing yesterday because of it. The buttons are not working for me. New computer, quality video card, tons of memory, and I have to press the button 3 times to fold a hand.

The buttons dont work well... this is pretty basic. Quite often I have to press it 3 times to get it to do the action I tell it to. The button does light up but then does nothing. This is a big problem for me as I dont like pressing a button 3 times intead of once.

I have ALWAYS had this problem before with Party, until this new update, when all the buttons have been working perfectly. My hand is so happy at the moment!

2. When you search for a player and tables come up, sometimes double clicking on the tables doesn't open them. This usually only happens if you don't currently have any tables open.

[/ QUOTE ]
This is not a new problem.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah, I actually meant to mark this as an old problem but forgot. I had never figured out exactly why it happened--

[/ QUOTE ]

When you search your buddy list and see a few at the table, you have to have that type of game in the lobby in order to open the table.

ie: If your buddy is playing a $50 SnG, you have to have the SnG's clicked in the lobby. If he's playing a fixed limit game, you have to have fixed limits clicked in the lobby.

I don't why this is gone in the first place..

At a guess. I'd say Party staff read this forum and saw the discussions on screen scraping all the text for datamining.

Fair point. Probably Party's answer to a quick and dirty fix. A bit like banning all observers from chatting to stop spam even though having other rules like 'must have at least $100 in account and if caught spamming it is confiscated'.

They try their best but tend to do things wrong.

Oh my f*cking god, my 'congratulations' no longer makes a fireworks sound. That's it. I'm never playing party again.

Is anyone else having this problem?

[/ QUOTE ]

This bothers me as well! I used to be able to annoy my family for hours by turning up the sound to torture them with sudden fireworks and screaming. Where are the happy Party sounds now? Where?

Otherwise, I like the changes with a few minor exceptions but most of them have already been addressed.
