Got through this morning to the CS number is about 12 minutes. He put me on hold a hwile to look at it and couldn't figure out what was wrong. I got the dreaded ticket sent to the technical department. VERY frustrating. Anybody else having trouble/success withdrawing to your checking?

It came up as "FAILURE" this morning and yesterday it just gave me a normal error message.

Dang. Still waiting for my Epass visa card to arrive. Wonder if I would be able to withdraw that way. Not a lot of faith in Epass CS getting this fixed - think it may be faster to redeposit into FT and withdraw by check

withdrawing via the ATM with the VISA is the way to go IMO if you're not withdrawing large amounts. sure, they charge you $2/transaction, but to me that's no big deal when withdrawing $500/day. It's an acceptable cost to getting instant cash in hand.

I had a total of $950 in my epass account. I looged back in just now and there was now $350 in my account. I looked at my history and all of the attempts to withdraw $600 were listed as outstanding. Looks like they went through though only one was processed - the others would have been insufficent funds. I then attempted to withdraw the remaining $350 and got the same "failure" message - but my account was then $0 and the $350 was listed on my history as outstanding. I am going to give them another call tonight to make sure everything is alright but it looks as though the money is being sent.

Yep same deal here. Funds are normally listed as "outstanding" for a while so we'll see if they clear. I'm not going to withdraw any more than two 600 dollar blocks until I verify that they hit my account. Let me know what they tell you.

DISCLAIMER UP FRONT: I have no inside information and I am not GABOONVIPER.

The fact that this seems like it is happening to multiple accounts at the same time and ePass customer service reps are clueless as to the nature of the problem sounds eerily reminiscent of Neteller issues circa January 18, 2007.

This is why I was wondering if anyone has had an ACH work since yesterday - if this is just a few accounts having problems or if EVERYONE is having this issue. The former isn't a big deal, the latter is deeply concerning.
