So when I want to excercise my right to face my accuser, they gonna shimmy up the pole, nab the camera and bring it to court?

[/ QUOTE ] If you're at all intelligent, you realize that your accuser is going to be listed as "The State" (or county or whatever), and you will then be facing a representative thereof?
