B) I'm contacting State/Federal authorities since you are blatantly engaged in fraud and identity theft. [ QUOTE ]
I'm not going to argue with you guys - I've made a legitimate and reasonable request which is well within my rights. Verification will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis; if you feel you have a unique situation which requires special attention, simply send and email stating so. [/ QUOTE ] First, you get no ID's until you can assure us that you will live up to your end. If that takes you a few days, then we will wait. But your actions thus far are enough that we can demand assurance before having to take any further actions. Second, the information you have in your files for me is accurate. The license I have today is the same license I had when it was issued prior to my move. I had not duty to update you to anything because nothing changed. My stance on any attempts to enforce that remain, but I do not fall into that category. Thank you. |

[ QUOTE ] That's funny. When you speak to your lawyer about the bill, ask him if that silly clause will live up in court. I promise you it will not. The funniest part is that it clearly says nothing about CCU not having to pay if updated addresses aren't sent promptly. I lived up to my contractual duties and you have not. My information is accurate and truthful. I'm telling you, in all honesty, that clause does not get you out of your contractual duties. It would even lead to further legal claims, those being 93A claims, for unfair business practices. Those come with treble damages. Here, look for yourself. I will ask you once to reconsider the foolish decision you are making. [/ QUOTE ] Good one on the triple post. I can see that you're not going to give up, and since you're a lawyer (heh?), go ahead and file suit. I'll pay everyone else, and I'll deal with you personally. Also, you seem to have missed the "CasinoCashUnlimited.com reserves the right to terminate any account, and associated membership, containing untruthful information" portion. If your account is terminated because you have provided untruthful information, you will not be paid. Finally, I will not shy away from the requirement for verification of account information. I'm not even going to address the unfair business practices post...because that's absolutely ridiculous. If you're a lawyer, go back to school. [/ QUOTE ] Don't be an ass. I didn't supply untruthful information. I never said you couldn't terminate someone's account with untruthful information. But the untruthful part, as you've stated, had to do with gnomes, not people who moved (but see my above post since this doesn't even apply to me). |

I'm done posting here...as of now I've not broken any laws, nor breached any contract.
Blowup Doll - And McDonald's is going to do what? They'll tell me to change the address on my WHOIS, which I've already done. Further, do you think the Speaker of the Assembly has some exclusive right to that name? Not only is he a public figure, there is no indication that the WHOIS information is referring to him. Grow up. |

Probably tough to prove HE was the one to make the changes, whereas it will be EASY to prove he defrauded us, if and when that happens 10 days from now. Also, if the pain begins now, where is the incentive to pay anyone? He'll need all our money for legal costs... |

Lol at telling other people to grow up. If anyone wants to start a legal fund of some sort to go after this prick when he rips a bunch of you off count me in. I will throw $50 in just to help the cause. Oh and to the 5th time now of you saying I am done posting here, don't get my hopes up, you know you will post again.

Hi there,
As per your site and the discussion of your site on here, i am checking to make sure i will receive payment from you when i send you my ID. I am an international customer, so the new gambling bill does not affect me. According to my correspondence with SIA`s affiliates dept. the commission has been paid for my signup to their site. Therefore, i have satisfied the below criteria as posted by you above regarding the current issues: "Payments for Sports Interaction completions will be made assuming that a) Commission is received, and b) It is decided that doing so will not be in breach of Title VIII. International members will be paid regardless of (b)." So there you have it. Will i be paid my $250 when i send you my ID? I have also emailed you with this same question. |
