I wish Nielson had been able to throw a shark at Benes' head....

I just hope he slow-rolled him.

[/ QUOTE ]

Apparently he did. From a Danish blog: Ricki said " I knew you'd raise me, but if I have just a fairly good hand I'll call." He then looks at one card "A king, if I have just a little to go with that I'll call you..." Looks at the other card.."I call"

[/ QUOTE ]

Um, how is that a slowroll?

Pretty much any hand is for your tournament life. Starting to wonder if they'll have an hour PPV when it gets to the final 9?

Andrew Schreibman Eliminated in 34th Place ($329,865)
Andrew Schreibman and John Magill battle it out from the blinds when the flop comes A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]10[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Schreibman bets $75,000 and Magill calls. The turn is the Jheart. Schreibman checks, Magill bets $150,000, and Schreibman moves all-in. Magill calls instantly and shows A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. Schreibman shows K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] and is drawing dead. The meaningless river card is the 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], and Schreibman is eliminated. Magill is up to $3,800,000 in chips.

[/ QUOTE ]

Oops.

Aren't the blinds 20/40K? 2 million PF with 66? WTF?

[/ QUOTE ]

The way the action has gone, you shouldn't be shocked.

[/ QUOTE ]

I hate to take burst you railbirds' balloons, but if AK raised from late position and 66 pushed on a resteal, the play is not that unreasonable.

I've been occassionally calculating the Ms of the average stack for the past few days. Each time I do it, the M has gotten larger. Right now, the average stack is at 2.69 million with an M ~ 25.3.

Maybe not online with 20 BB stacks, but with 50+bbs, theres no need to AI resteal every hand like whats been going on.
