FWIW I respect Lee Jones and do not envy him having to make decisions like this. I think he was in error, but I also do not have all the facts he has. |

[/ QUOTE ] Benal, I see that you wrote this in response to one of my posts, so I thought I'd better point out your error, I am by no means an expert at anything except wood flooring and small business management. (and some would argue that) Also, most experts fit this definition(s): -an ex is a has-been -a spurt is a drip under pressure. Regards, Woodguy |

Deleted this post because it was a Jewish guilt joke that came after Lloyd banned anything regarding Jews. I hadn't gotten to that point in the thread yet.

For everybody who said that the most he can cash out at one time is $10,000, is that just for Neteller, or is that the max for checks too? [/ QUOTE ] $10k is not a limit. In 2004, I took 2nd in a Party Million and wired over $100k to my bank account; it took two days. In 2005, I chopped a 700k for $111k and was able to transfer large chunks (over 20k) to Neteller without issue. Fm |

a side issue perhaps, but has this actually been established?
I did assume last year that the Omid777 account, which was registered to Sherman Oaks and showed up to play a few high buyin hu matches around the time he wrote about playing them and then disappeared was related to him - but since this account played on the day he won the $215 with his main account and Lee says the win was legit i assume not... any ideas? |

I'm not a contingency fee lawyer, but there are plenty out there, even some good ones. [/ QUOTE ] Do you honestly believe a "good" one would take this case over an amount of $100k? Let's not forget that this amount doesn't even cover one of his big tourney wins where he was proven to have cheated. I don't see any haphazard punitive damages put in here. Regardless of where the money in some of his accounts happened to have come from, he won 100K+ in a tourney, he was found to have cheated, he was retroactively disqualified, and these funds were taken. If he had 500K in these accounts, maybe it would be a different discussion. And maybe a contingency lawyer would take this case on. |
