I despise all the Phillies fans in this world. I'm not sure if there is one decent one. Just being on campus today I got spit at for wearing a Mets hat, I'm [censored] an hour from Philly, who are these people? I wonder what would happen if you wore a Phillies hat on the FDU campus today, I don't think someone would spit at them.

Apologies for the [censored], not all Philly fans are terrible. I actually cheered at Pirates game when a bunch of Philly [censored] got kicked out for being morons. There's tons of [censored], but there are plenty of good posters in the Philly thread

spellman, of course there are phillies fans are who good fans, heck i even like some of the posters in that thread, also, there are definitely met fans who are pricks...
that being said, PRE, [censored] off, it seems u have more posts in our thread than in ur own...who the [censored] are u to come into our thread and take repeated shots at us and our team??

If you knew anything about the Phillies, you would realize why I am taking advantage of this oppurtunity to the fullest extent. Most likely, they will blow this in the most painful way possible.
Needle you really need to lighten up. I can't stand it when people make generalizations off of one fan they encounter. It didn't even happen near Philadelphia, yet all Phillies fans are pathetic.

[/ QUOTE ] Its actually not a generalization its a known fact that Philly fans are a bunch of asses: 1. They booed and threw snow balls at santa 2. They booed Donovan McNabb before he played a game 3. They booed their own hometown Kobe Bryant at an all star game 4. laughing as Michael Irvin had a career ending injury in 1999 5. Reports of spitting on Panther fans in NFC Championship game. If more examples are needed, I could be here all night.
