This is what I'm working on and it's going pretty well.

Stealth, get it to 2, maybe 3. Find all the bases near your base with a fort level of 1 or 2. Meanwhile, continue to hit up all the fort level 0 bases. When you've got a decent number, up your attack and start hitting these new bases. Up your transport so you can get to these bases easier. Then who knows, repeat that process I guess.

Grand update: I just found the king of assrapists, SkinnyGuinea, at 25 S, 43 E. He's got an 8 foot fence, so I couldn't get in and get my money back. Could someone with attack better than mine kindly destroy him?
