It would be in your best interest to just pay what you promised and what you owe. [/ QUOTE ] |

There's an aspect of this that still makes no sense to me. He paid off a certain percentage of his clients, which is an honest enough thing to do. He probably could have continued to function as an affiliate, but by publicly refusing to pay the remainder of his clients he has invalidated any good will from paying the 15% to some.
Why did he even bother to pay anyone at all? I mean, this effectively destroys his business. I wonder just how many actually got paid... |

I think its pretty clear from his posts and his actions that he isn't dealing with a full deck. Something is wrong with someone who makes such atrocious decisions. He could have just paid people the money he owed them from last month and only had a couple of complaints. There were so many solutions that would have kept the rest of his business entact.

LMAO the poll is 24-2 now in favor of not getting paid. Not surprising.

[/ QUOTE ] Sackup, I really hope you are able to continue with this and settle the awful way that Tim has handled this. I've said nothing against Tim thus far, but when he decided to stop paying people altogether that was the final straw. If the class action suit goes through and people get their full 25%+, I would suggest and be the first to commit to giving 5% to Sackup and the others that organize this. I wasn't expecting above 15% at this point anyhow, so dropping my % from 25 to 20 won't hurt, especially if it is hurting Tim. |

I agree w/benza and would be more than happy to commit 5% of whatever I receive to Sackup + whoever else. He also sent me a menacing PM over the tracktherake site when I suggested that I might not sit idly by while he steals my money. I really want to take this piece of [censored] down.
