ITM at 2:15am, 15 left and I got T115,500. There is 44:11 remaining in the 1k-2k/300 level, next level is 1.5k-3k/500.

Damn I love the bubble, it was 2 and a half hours of hell for a lot of people...anyways bedtime for me, give me all your luckboxes to suckout on people tomorrow, lol...

saturday night/sun morning cash session trip report-
(i apologize in advance for the rambling and lack of paragraphs but i'm really tired and dozing off as i type)
i woke up around 6pm and got some food with my friends at the peach blossom chinese place which was pretty good and then head to the poker room to play a cash session and to try and put my 2nd hand $1k mtt bustout behind me. i sit down at the 1k max 5-10nl game to start the night around 9pm or so...finished the morning at ~10am playing a canadian guy hu 20/40nl and taking his stack. we bumped the game up to 10-20nl 2500max soon after i sat and played that for a while. i ran pretty cold and just folded a lot (surptise!) for a while until i finally hit some hands and steadily built up to ~6k. i then took a few big hits due to harsh coolers and got the game changed to 10-20 uncapped so i could rebuy to cover this kid who was pretty bad and had been running hotter than cts. of course soon after that the game breaks down to like 5 players and eventually it's me and the canadian dude(had a little goatee going with a backwards hat sitting in the 7 seat for anyone who saw him). so we decide to play hu for "a little while"...which turned out to be ~5hrs. i had about 8k to start the match and he was around 2.5k, we stayed pretty even for a while and then he reloads for 2k more and we bump it up to 20-40 blinds. i get him down to 2k and it looks like he's about to bust when he goes absolutely batshit AGG. and i cant win a hand for what seems like hours; he eventually takes an 8k to 7k lead and it was looking like i was doomed to have a [censored] session and fall back to even or be down for the trip. luckily i turned it around and won some nice pots calling his bluffs and making good value bets (2nd pair is the nuts) and i had the lead back and he was down to 4.2k. last hand, he blind raises to 200 on the button which he had been doing occasionally and i bump it to 700 with JJ in bb, he calls like he always does. 1074 2 diamonds flop, i lead 1k he shoves i call, turn Q river Xd i show jacks he mucks and insta-leaves the room. pretty good feeling to finally take him out after playing for that long. finished up like 7k on the session which was nice considering i was probably down 3k at one point with the full table and probably down ~5k total during the hu match.

i'm going to sleep now and i'll try to wake up to catch some of the 1k FT this afternoon, gl to those of u still in it.

thx guys.

dliz, you're almost definitely a live winner. just about anyone who can beat msnl online can/should be able to beat almost any live game up to like 5-10 or 10-20 with some discipline. you gotta remember that it takes much longer for variance to even out live. it's really easy to lose $ and confidence after a few losing sessions when in the big picture it means nothing
