This thread seems to me moving to fast for any real analysis, but it strikes me that the KQ call is not horrible. Given the pot odds, it might be at least chip EV+ depedeing on Karchenko's range. Probalby not $EV+ though. I'd probalby not make that call. But I don't think it is horrible, probably just marginaly bad.
And then you might argue that as as the least skilled player at the table, which a giant chip lead that can withstand a hit, that a marginally bad call is OK if it knocks out a player and builds your chip lead.
