Ran into some trouble in the $50K.

First hand at table (bounced around like 6 tables in 10 minutes, very annoying!)

Folded to me in the CO with QQ. I raise. Big stack (9k+) calls in the BB.

Flop is A-high.

BB calls my cbet.

Turn is a blank, goes check, check.

River is a blank, BB pushes.

Given some of his moves since then, I think I was good. But I just couldn't call off my stack there.

Anybody still in the $100K at the break? Top half of the field for me but just barely.

Wow, I just slept for 15 hours straight. No joke.

I guess 4 days of poor sleeping (including staying up for 25 hours straight before I got to sleep last night) have finally caught up with me.

But I'm well rested now. Time to grind some hands in.

[/ QUOTE ]

That's so f*cking freaky. I just slept from 2:30 am to 5:30pm, after a long week at work. Are you the other half of my personality, like Norton in fight club? And if you're the half that can play poker, can we do some sort of funky realisation thing so I can play too?

[/ QUOTE ]
LOL some random coincidences are bound to happen, especially given that we all share the same "job" and may have similar living habits because of it.

That's cool to hear though.

NH.

Also, this is the one place where FT is better than Stars.

At FT the cards are flipped up on the flop, so you know he can only win with the 7 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].

On Stars you'd have a heart attack on that river.

probably

but Im up 1k the past 2days, and losing the hand would put me -520 on the day, so it wouldn't be that terrible an outcome

beat: I've only cleared 120(135) of the 300 bonus
brag: I've more than doubled the account balance 1k-2.4k in 5k hands, 11hrs

hourly rate for the first half of the month -0.44
hourly rate for the second half of the month +125.65

before bonuses
