Huge mother [censored] brag: After grinding back my last shot's losses, I took another shot at NL100 and finished a little over a buyin up. I know it's nothing but psychologically just winning at a higher level is a nice hump to get over. I'll sprinkle in a few more shots over the next little while.

But my brag from $1 was not anything but a cooler for the other guy, eh?

I'm annoyed. Lost 6 BI. Part of it was donking around, but the majority of it was just losing when ahead / hands that were nearly impossible to get away from given reads and stuff. Really annoying.

I'm going to start nitting it up big time just to get my roll up.

I hate it. It pisses me off. It's really annoying and not fun.

But I'm going to do it. 17/14/3 coming from me. Avoid all marginal situations. HUD bot it.

I've learned in the past week that I'm overplaying PP PF. Found a leak. I think it's just best to start calling instead and hitting your set then. For that, I thank fees' video.

Haha felix all love. Mine was a bit of a setup too although he probably could have found a fold on the river. Close to, but not quite my biggest online pot ever.

Lol, fees' video certainly taught me how to flop sets 80% of the time, which is very valuable advice for a 17/14

i dunno about you whine and what not but ratting that guy out was pretty lame. Whats the difference b/w being 16 and gambling than being 18 and gamblin?? Both are old enough to get jobs and the maturity b/w a 16/18 yr old is really no different...A dick move IMO.

and you make it seem like a hassel to post hands?? well if you wanta be any good it really helps alot and should look at it as a privilege not something that is a waste of time, and sometimes you dont get many replies and if the replies arent efficient i bump the post up after a day or 2 and your almost guaranteed to get more opinions.

[/ QUOTE ]

im sorry but there is a ton of difference in maturity between 16 and 18. there is where i live for sure and i wouldnt doubt that it is the same where you are. that kid can gamble all he wants, but if it contributes to any amount of heat that our community will take, i'd ratt out the friggen pope.

posting hands is not really a hastle but posting the tons of sub 10BB pots im in isnt going to make me a better player. i post the big hands and hands that im confused about or would like beratement or thoughts. speaking of, there are a couple being posted in the next few minutes.

[ QUOTE ]
I like how people assume because it's the law, it must be correct.

There's a monumental change that happens bang on midnight the day you turn 18 which makes you able to make clear and rational decisions with regard to gambling that you don't have 1 second before clearly.

[/ QUOTE ]

i said nothing of the sort. yes if you count down the seconds it is very trivial. i didnt say that being 18 makes you capable of making rational decisions either. im sure there are 16 year olds out there that would make better gamblers than any of us. however, there are also 16 year olds that still watch pokemon and do kid stuff. there is no easy way to determine who is ready and who is not, however, refer to the above response about our community.
