I didn't know that, actually. It makes a lot of sense. I think our biggest mistake was not pitching someone for aaronk the day nichP gave out his peeks.

As a general WW comment, wolves get in trouble if they kill vanillagers early rather than power villagers. Even if it seems like they're winning. Wolves win the endgame with living unconfirmed villagers.

I was talking to VR one night about how to keep her alive longer, and the thought was that kumu could claim aragorn and since she waited so long, no one would believe her and she would get lynched and save VR one more day. But then VR is like "no, they'll just leave both of them alive and wait for it to get sorted out" and I was like "ok, in that case YOU should claim aragorn" which was completely brilliant but she didn't do it. =(

Also - Sighing I followed this game even after I died and it was awesome. I loved the plot and I loved the game. I am definitely in for a sequel.

Yes, I obviously misplayed the whole seer bit by going after aaron and bram as hard as I did. BUT. This is what was going through my head.

a) The 2 main bandwagons were players I had already peeked as village. So clearly I did not want them to die. On top of them, nich you boneheaded fool, I made a post saying "neither of those players are good lynches...do you see why?". Now, you KNEW i was gandalf. HOW DO YOU NOT PICK UP ON THAT? Oh I was rattled when you kept attacking those players, even after that line.

b)I felt like if I didn't go after 1 or 2 players strongly, it would be alot more obvious I was a power role.

c)I thought the chances of me getting killed that night were very low. I thought the chances of me getting killed AND being wrong to be EXTREMELY low. Clearly I was wrong here. But lc can brag now, but after I died, all I heard from wolves was LOL WE LUCKBOXED INTO KILL YOU, WE JUST WANTED TO KILL YOU WHILE WE WERE WRONG. So..whatever.

d)I really did think aaron was a wolf

Also I wasn't best pleased that nich singled me out like that as his peek. I understand he was probably trying to protect me from being lynched...but I could have handled that myself. If the village wanted to just kill a strong, confirmed villager, he handed it right to them.

And lastly, I know I went after bram/aaron hard, but seers leave clues for villagers as well. While alive, ppl asked me many times why I changed my mind on clown, but they never thought about it AFTER I died.

Anyhow, good game everyone, and I apologize for leading the village astray a little bit
