There has been a lot of action and two minutes have not even gone by yet. The Sabres have a break away and nearly score. Emery has proven in the playoffs that it will take a lot to beat him.

Sweet period. Need to convert some of those chances. Max should have scored on the break, the puck hopped on him. Also at least one post, and numerous missed one-timers. Ottawa looks slow tonight.

Ottawa picked it up at the end of the period, but Buffalo does look a lot better than in either of the first 2 games. I'm shocked that we were still outshot 10-5.

Ottawa is a fantastically talented team. Buffalo really needs to get some forecheck going or they could be in trouble here. Great period from the Sens.

Just need to stop taking penalties. Sens haven't really had many good chances in my view. One goal for Buff. in the 3rd ought to do it.

Of course the guys on OLN spent the whole segment talking about "what's wrong with Ottawa" like they're the only team on the ice - it's becoming comical.

Well that was the stupidest penalty ever - Havlet wasn't even in a threatening position and we trip him with 2:00 left; inexplicably dumb. Still they've scored both their goals with a 2man advantage - if we can force them to score even strength I like our chances.
