Bandwagoners? Where the hell you come up with that? That is just stupid. Most of us are pretty loyal fans.

What since they won their first Super Bowl?

[/ QUOTE ]

I sat my ass on those cold metal seats in the old Shaeffer stadium when they had some awful teams for more games than I'd care to remember.

You may think I'm an imbecile, and honestly having never met you I don't really care. But I just wanted to make sure that you'd at least understand I'm a fair imbecile by saying that what you said does count for serious points in my book.

Fans for other teams cant possibly understand what its like to be a Sox/Pats/Bruins/Celts fan. Its a different world for us.

Bill, I enjoy your columns except most of the ones about baseball.

Man there is one player I respect a lot and that is Troy Brown. That is an MVP and a team player!

If Denver holds them to a FG this will be a big momentum shift.

Dude, you're allowed to complain about bad officiating. It costs your team in a blatantly unfair way.

Whether your team can win despite it is irrelevant. I mean, they don't make the Patriots play with ten men because "Brady should be able to overcome it."

[/ QUOTE ]

I never once said they weren't allowed to complain about the interference call. What I implied was that it was entertaining to me to finally see the shoe on the other foot. Bad calls are OK as long as they go for the Pats.

I get a good laugh when I see half-hearted bandwagon fans saying things like "the Broncos have 15 players, and 4 are wearing stripes". Their little messiah is playing a very very mediocre game, so let's blame the deficit on the officials and ignore the fact that our players can't hold onto the ball.

[/ QUOTE ]

Thank you God for a sanity check. Pats fan is a walking contradiction and it's pathetic.
Bad officiating benefiting the Pats (1998)is one of the major reasons instant replay is in the NFL to begin with.
