Few days ago when people started getting paid, I thought having thread like this won't do any good. But not paying because of this, it's bad decision. He owes me +2k from February and I also played A LOT hands in March and a little bit in April. Just suck it up and pay everyone.

Hi Sackup,

I'm not sure what you are already doing regarding legal recourse but I'm sure some posters on this board will help. Have you thought about posting something over on the legislation board.

Hi IPP,

There are several things in the works right now. I am a law student and several other lawyers and law students have offered their help on the situation. I may post over in legislation, but not sure if this is exactly up their alley. I'll likely make a big post which I will post here and maybe x-post in the Zoo or OOT, which will explain everything that we are trying to do.

If anyone is interested in what is going on or is legally saavy and would like to help out, feel free to pm me.

Right now we are in the process of doing all of the background research on the law, but should have something to post for everyone to see in the next couple days.

Hopefully Tim will recognize that this just isn't going to go away and he will just pay people...but we're doing this just in case.

Keep working on it Sackup. If there is any progress I think we should donate you money for the time spent.

Hi,

The only reason I mention this is that alot of posters won't see this and/or don't frequent here or the zoo. There are likely many posters who look at legislation that could/may assist with this.

Regardless, good luck.

Me too… I do not want to really get involved in this thread. However I will say a few things.

we big rb affiliates spend tons of time and money trying to give rakeback a good name. good customer support, on time payments, special bonuses, and a trillion other things for our players. Something like this just makes the whole industry look bad.

Many affiliates like tim cannot adapt to business/industry changes. When times are good they do fine, but when something drastic happens they flip out and close up shop. One thing about this industry is that something major/drastic happens every 6-12 months. Affiliates like tim and busterstax will get weeded out over time.

Last night I removed all of reducetherake’s banners from this forum. I am sorry it took so long, I am traveling. Tim is simply no longer welcome here.

Ok – I want to stay out of the politics of this whole thing… we could talk about this forever… thanks -ryan

It would be in your best interest to just pay what you promised and what you owe.
