Quick question, how do I input a formula on Excel to get my bb/100?

I'm on a non-PT site and I have my total hands + my total profit but I can't figure out the formula to get my bb/100 on Excel. I can do it in my head, but can't think of how I do it to write it down.

I have a rough calculation, just on the formula that I use in my head (1 buyin/1000 hands = 5bb/100). So I have Profit/50 (G1) (to turn profit into buyins won), and Hands/1000 (G2), then I have G1/G2 = G3, and G3 x 5 for bb/100. It's really rough and bad but I think it works?

so yesterday lost 5 BI with sets/flush/boat and people kept hitting the nuts. like 2-pair hand was the mean I am really not sure.

So today I get set and big pair and I keep loosing to donks who hit their flush with K3s...

so thats 6BI since I switched site. That is really not funny at all and I am tilting like a mad cow...[censored]!

just type this in a cell. Stuff between $$ is a variable and you just have to click on the cell where its located. Start by clicking on the cell you want to display your ptbb/100.

hey guys ...how long do downswings typically last? im currently stuck a bunch and starting to debate whether or not im a winning player...

currently running at (7.84) bb/100 over 15k hands....


im on vista so i dont know how to put a screen shot of my pt in here...cause it can only save as a file name. i really need help guys...any thoughts from experienced and proven long term winners appreciated.
