Dave,

I think there is a world of difference between taking advantage of someone with a problem (esp. when if you didn't, someone else would), and encouraging them.

Awesome. Just awesome.

Does that depend on the definition of the word "is?"

Can we get back to the part about the cute but chubby black chick? What was her story? A casino prop?

Or about how you tried to challenge Ivey heads up, but couldn't roll the window down?

How do you have more great stories in one night, than most of us do in our whole lives?

Finally, this gem:

"I spend my days smoking, playing video games, playing poker and [censored] college girls. It's not as great as it sounds."

If you do not consider that to be great, I'd suggest that you do not turn thirty.

I used to know someone like Kurosh. He went busto about a million times. The only difference is that he was awful from the beginning so the comedic value of him going broke sort of went down each time. The fact that Kurosh would probably be winning in semi-big games now if it wasn't for the way he managed himself makes it much more hilarious.

Then again I'm probably going to hell, so it might not be as funny as I think it is.

Been following this post on and off. Its now day 8.

Is there any update for the 60K challenge? Where are you at so far?

Used to play blackjack too, I used Hi-Opt II so I didnt track aces, not as good for backcounting and jumping into a game like you did. What was the count at when you jumped in? Sucks he hit 21 6 times in a row I've had that happen.

Just got back to the room, totally exhausted, but Kurosh sat with 1500 in the 20/40 and grinded it up to 2k until myself and a little bit of Schneids convinced him to play 40/80, where he proceeded to win 6k. Friends are awesome.

BK also manages to beat wild asian guy out of a lot in 400/800 HU. Good times for all.

sounds amusing.

but I have to start agreeing with a couple others that actually encouraging kurosh to play higher and higher might not be in his best interests.

Why do I care?
I'm not really sure.
