Demand they provide the entire hand histories for your two accounts. Host them somewhere and 2+2 can look over them.

You created both accounts to get funds from stolen CC accounts, then try to gamble the money up into a fortune. First account you lost all the funds, 2nd time you won some. I'm not saying I know that's what happened. But as a possible explanation, it makes perfect sense to me.

Also why would the utility bill thing matter? You know they already know who you are. Just because you *prove* who you are, that doesn't affect what they couldn't or couldn't do to you much at all. Plus you know FullTilt isn't even a legal entity in this country, so you can't be too worried about legal action from them.

You are pretty good at putting up smokescreens. But this and some of your other arguments are starting to seem like a lot of grasping at your last straws. (To mix metaphors.)

Rethinking this just a bit - I think FTP does owe fraudboy some solid backup evidence, which does not need to be published to the world. The right way to do it could be via a neutral third-party appeals process; we certainly don't want to give away techniques to thieves. On the other hand, companies need to be accountable as well - anybody remember the PokerStars fiasco where they wrongly accused some grandmother of using bots? Most of us would agree that PS has earned a solid position above FTP on the corporate integrity scale.

To the rest of us, FTP owes a transparent process, with guarantees of timely communications, full disclosure to the party under investigation, and rights to appeal. I'm not 100% comfortable with what I know, even in this case.
