not sure if this is right thread but which two of three would you take:

favre, plummer, carr

tx.

[/ QUOTE ]

Personally I take Carr and Favre. Carr has been putting up consistent points and I think is a legitimate every week starter. I take Favre and plug him in on favorable matchups. Favre will have more terrible games than Plummer, but he will also have more 3 TD weeks which is where I would plan to plug him in. I haven't looked at Carrs schedule, but if Plummers matchups are more favorable than Favres when Carr has a bye or plays teams like Balt, SD, Chi, etc then I would take Plummer

1 QB/1Rb/Flex/2wr/ TE 10 team league

I give: J. Addai, R. Bush, Reggie Williams
I get: Rudi Johnson, Lee Evans

other Rb:Westbrook and LJ
Wr: Fitz, Housh, Berrian, Bennet

Is there any reason to even think about not pulling the trigger on this one?

As long as this isn't keep, I pull this in an absolute heart beat. Rudi is much better than anyone your giving up and you already have Westbrook and LJ (wtf?). Leaves you with a really strong set of RBs and a still strong WR core.

This one is a little more tricky

1 QB/1Rb/Flex/2wr/ TE 10 team league

(QBs score a little higher than average in this league with TD passes at 5 and a weird +completions and - for incompletions that add about 4-8 points to totals depending on the quality of the game)

I give: Westbrook, E. Manning
I get: Shuan ALexander, Tony Gonzalez

other
QB: McNabb
Rb:Westbrook and LJ
Wr: Fitz, Housh, Berrian, D.Bennet
TE: Whatever clown is on waivers that week

Doesn't look great for me right now. Westbrook has been a beast, and the comp/incomp. points make Ely have high value in this league. But I worry that both fatigue/injuries and, more importantly, the tought defensive scheldule in the second half will start to get to Westbrook. From what I've heard of Alexanders injury, once it is healed, it won't be a long time lingerer(like say a muscle tear) Plus he has a fairly easy second half and playoff schedule.

What's the difference? If you dont win the league as is then there is something wrong. That said, I would definitely do this as there is basically no situation where you would start Bush over Westbrook or LJ anyway (with LJ already having his bye).

Double points from McNabb & Westbrook is pretty sweet. Alexander is not proven this season. I would wait until he plays a full game before pulling the trigger on this. I'm sure you could shop a package deal of Eli and Bush for a different good back.

When Ahman is back atleast he starts. He's offering you 2 guys who don't ever start unless their is an injury. Both Dunn and Tiki havent' gotten hurt all that much in their careers. I like both players and if they were feature backs this would be an easy pull. But they aren't and I wouldn't dare pull this trade unless Green is out for a couple of more weeks. 1 Starting RB >>>> All Backup RBs who backup guys who never get hurt.
