Tried to email this to [email protected], but the email failed (?).
Just downloaded and installed idleminer. It won't run. Here's all the info I can find: * Running Win2KPro * When I click START from the Idleminer window, it just closes, and the process is shut down (that is, disappears from Program Manager) * It DOES show up as the screensaver, but never starts * If I go to SERVICES, and try to start the Idleminer service manually, I get the following: Error 193: %1 is not a valid Win32 application The log is full of StartService failed with error 193 Failed to spawn IdleMiner with error: 183 entries. Help! |

We think the service might not work with Win2k. We would appreciate it if you could email [email protected] and we can work out this problem with you.

some suggestions:
-create a "Close All Tables" button allowing us to close all tables without closing the Lobby via the "Stop&Kill PP" button-just convenient -at times it seems IdleMiner is not automatically choosing games with highest average pot sizes-it should automatically prioritize opening tables with highest avg. pot size-I'm sure it does this but a couple times I noticed it wasnt doing this and it was opening tables at the buttom of the list. -enable the abilty to choose a specific # of tables to mine when you are mining more than one level ie if I want to mine say 9 NLHE tables and only 3 PLHE tables-now it just splits the 2 evenly 6 for each-problem is for certain limits at certain times of the day there are not enough games. I aslo noticed if there are NOT enough tables of mixed mining the program does not fill in tables from limits that are available so say if I choose NLHE and PLHE and there are only 2 available PLHE tables -it will only mine 8 total tables and it wont fill in the balance form NLHE. I might be missing some of the details becuase-havent read whole thread/faq-oops love the program! |

Cool program. I'm an Omaha hi/lo player and noticed that your program automatically opens my PT Hold Em software even when it's set to record Omaha hi/lo tables (i.e. it doesn't open my PT Omaha software)

We will look into that. For now just disable that option and you will have to import the hands into pokertracker manually.

Great program, one main suggestion.
Would it be possible to allow Idleminer to mine tables that only I have opened? In other words, disable its auto-open table feature but still make it observe hands? This would be really useful while I'm playing so that Idleminer doesn't accidentally close a table that I'm playing. I'd also like to see an option where the user can specify the number of tables to mine at each level. Thanks man, very nice work here. |
