ah i see, AK is a drawing hand and we don't want to risk money on a drawing hand.... :P

Basically its about putting opponents on ranges, calculating your odds etc - i'd imagine even against a fairly tight range, with the blinds/antes etc it was a correct call. Im almost certain without seeing the hand i make the exact same play with AK, and if you'd be folding AK in his spot, you have leaks in your game.
