TBH I wouldn't bother with neteller at all, since you're UK you should be able to withdraw straight to cards from sites.. although I know that doesn't help with getting your cash off neteller!

Well the debit card is only available to the UK at the moment, but that is probably the best way ( 'cough' taxman can't get to you 'cough' ).

But otherwise a bank transfer will do, although I prefer a cheque since neteller seems to give a terrible conversion rate.
