going through pokertracker, I notice when I'm all-in I'm usually behind. Common themes off the top of my head include 25% (flush draw vs set), 35% (flush draw vs toppair/overpair), 20% (mid-pair-type-hand-that-can-beat-AK vs overpair), 30% (Axs vs bigpair/AK pre), 45% (gutter and flush draw vs overpair), etc. Seriously I rarely get it in as a big favorite except vs fish or in obvious cooler situations vs nitty regulars.

Poker is obviously rigged for me because I've been a winning player for 2 years. woohoo!

did mt2r get banned too, or did he just take an enormous, gagworthy dump in the middle of this thread and leave?

despite my post count, believe it or not I don't spend all day on the interwebs

anyway, whether I'm levelling or not, you guys can check on what I'm saying quite easy. Though it's against site procedures, I'm sure many of you have access to huge mined databases. Just use a SQL query to pull out the allin confrontations, put them in excel, play with the numbers, presto.

It could just be that my numbers are the 1 in 1000 event where I'd reject the null hypothesis (site is not rigged) despite it being correct.

KyleB,
I did email stars and they pretty much laughed at me
Anyway, they've made it up personally to me by designating me the luckiest Nova freeroller everz.

I will not put up my personal stats or make them accessible for the same reason I won't post a 20BB4lyfe guide. I do not want to bring down online poker in any negative way since it's a substantial portion of my income.

[x] tl;dr

[ QUOTE ]
While staying out of the rigged debate, I thought it would be nice to throw in some fun thoughts.

Suing a pokersite for being rigged doesn't sound like it would be that hard at all.

First, the pokersite would probably default on the case anyways because they would not want to subject themselves to the jurisdiction of the United States. So there's a better than average chance they would just ignore the action and hope to take on the judgment enforcement proceedings in a more friendly jurisdiction.

[/ QUOTE ]

With you so far.

[ QUOTE ]
Second, supposing they did fight the case. Fgators' case seems like a slamdunk to me.

[/ QUOTE ]

wait, what?

[ QUOTE ]
Sure, stars has statistics to prove it's not rigged.

[/ QUOTE ]

I'm sure you know this but Stars doesn't have to prove anything. FGATORS has to affirmatively prove that it is rigged. "WAAAAAAAHHH, I lost" does not constitute proof. Or at least it doesn't where I practice

[ QUOTE ]
But those statistics would come from an expert that Stars pays, and Fgators can get his own expert to say the opposite.

[/ QUOTE ]

And this "expert" would get reamed on cross. Just destroyed. Because he'd be saying something along the lines of "50.9% heads. ZOMG, RIGGED!!!!!111on1!!!!!11!!!!11!" whereas the stars guy would be using, you know, actual statistics.

Not to mention that Stars would have plenty of expert testimony that FGators loses because he plays bad.

[ QUOTE ]
Then it goes to a jury, which will not be 2+2, and non-2+2 juries don't trust illegal gambling operations.

[/ QUOTE ]

A) if it's an illegal gambling operation, FGATORS loses, because the contract (terms of service) is illegal and thus unenforceable.

B) Juries don't like WATB either. Fgators seems the poster child for WATB-dom.

[ QUOTE ]
So in a nutshell, Fgators case seems like a slam dunk to me, at least here in the United States. Collecting monies, however, will probably be tough.

[/ QUOTE ]

Right

[ QUOTE ]
[censored] we need all need to get in on this. We could go after the FTP Pro's, Doyle Brunson, all of them. It would be sick! So sick and so beautiful!

[/ QUOTE ]

Now you're talking.
