Not always. I was in a strip club where they did dollar dances. All the strippers rush the crowd and you get a micro dance for a buck. I had a foul looking beast covered in tattoos come up and want to give me a dance. I told her no thanks and she flipped her [censored]. She went nuts talking about not getting a dance from her for a $1. I told her to take a dollar and leave me the [censored] alone. Needless to say we were removed by a guy similar to the OP.

My solution? Stay away from the cheap ass clubs. You don't want to go anywhere where dances aren't in the $15-$20 range. You can recognize these places, you know where they are in your area. Stay out of them! In Atlanta, stay away from clubs located inside industrial parks, there is probably some similar tell in your area too, probably the same one, actually.

sometimes i like to go to strip clubs with several concealed firearms in places that would easily become known to a stripper that is giving me a lap dance. how would this fly in your club, given a valid concealed carry license? am i more likely to be asked what i was doing later that night by the stripper, or more likely to be kicked out of the club/drawn upon by you?

Not as a general rule, I have had to do it, but usually everything is cool... I don't worry much about escorting them out because the girls park in a secured lot, not in the regular lot, and that secured lot is guarded by an off-duty police officer, so it would be really difficult for some perv or psycho to just hang out in the parking lot waiting on a girl to leave.

Yea, think of her as a waitress, tip somewhere around 15-20% of the price of the dance, so yea, for a $25 dance, a $5 tip is standard, a little above, actually.
