most teams likely get "up" to play them.

[/ QUOTE ]
I'd like to see any statistical documenting of this effect. I've also heard of teams folding because they see the name on the jersey across from them.

it's only 6 games.

It's only $3

[ QUOTE ]
since Kentucky is the greatest thing that has ever happened to college basketball ever in the history of the universe, most teams likely get "up" to play them.

[/ QUOTE ]

Factored into the +200 assumption. Know more about sports betting plz.

And is or is not Kentucky an elite program? You've confused me now.

• First UK coach to go 8 straight years without a final four.

[/ QUOTE ]

Coaches to coach > 8 years at UK
Adolph Rupp
Joe B. Hall
Tubby Smith

[ QUOTE ]
• First UK coach to have to play on Thursday in an SEC tournament since the expansion to the current 12 team format.

[/ QUOTE ]

Coaches who coached with the 12 team format: 2

That's all I can handle pointing out right now except
[ QUOTE ]
• Most transfers and problem players of any UK coach

How is Calipari not a slam dunk? Scummy guy with the school impervious to sanctions.

[/ QUOTE ]

That's exactly why he's not a slam dunk.

Also, a guy that virtually no one has mentioned that I think is at least in the discussion is Bob Huggins.

[/ QUOTE ]

Out of all the Elite programs we have mentioned, only Kentucky is classy enough to consider crooks like Hugggins and Calipari.

[/ QUOTE ]

Teams will do anything to win

don't forget Roy Williams had the post-graduate gift service set up at Kansas

teh violations at UCLA under Wooden are well-chronicled
that same school did have Jim Harrick on teh sidelines

Indiana hired Kelvin Sampson fresh off 500+ phone calls that violated NCAA rules in a flagrant manner

Most schools do everything possible to win

[/ QUOTE ]

This is why im sick of Michigan's arrogance. I would love to have a coach like Huggins or Calipari here. Those guys are winners, plain and simple. Not saying that those coaches would even have interest in this job, but if they did Michigan would never consider them.

It's so hard for schools like Michigan to win in this day and age. They are going to prob. get a vanilla type of coach. Their entrance requirements are too high. And their facilities are so bad everyone knows it

You know, he actually got a pretty good deal out of all this. Being a free agent and whatnot.

EDIT: Can he start playing immediately?
