How much does the use of software and/or player notes improve a persons earn rate? To use me as an example, I am running at 14.8% ROI, 12-tabling the $27s, over a ~2,400 SNG sample size. How much can I expect my ROI to increase if I start taking detailed notes or using some kind of software? Which software would be the best choice?

Think of it as someone else saying you're gonna be the next big thing. Don't let him down now.

Could you explain your reasoning here?

Flop I think I explained pretty well in the thread if you want more clarification ask away.

Preflop you are probably ahead of UTGs range you can control the pot in position and you are deep.

Assuming you limp, how are you playing this flop:

A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Are you willing to go invest your stack w/ TP?

[/ QUOTE ]
No I would probably call or check that flop every time.

FD,
Don't want to quote pics, but I'm not sure if GKA would have the heart to injure a dog. So FD's dog.

Edit: GKA why the did you sell me on Javaris. He just got a 5 second violation with a minute left in a 2 point game. Awesome. I hope FD's dog kills you.

The best software would be SNGPT/SNGWIZ
After that PAHUD.
It's kind of hard to answer because I don't know your leaks and I don't know how well you will use the software.
If you buy PAHUD your ROI won't suddenly become better. If you make good reads based on the info given and play accordingly it could improve your game a lot.

If you have any more specific questions shoot.

Following up on someone else PAHUD line.

Can you offer some advice on what numbers you track, how you have it set up and how to interpret the results?
Sort of a small guide for SNGs, as I see more advice with PAHUD related to cash.

I just look at VPIP/PFR and hands and I sort for 8-10 handed, 6-7, 4, 3-1.
It is more helpful in cash for so many reasons mainly because there are a lot more read dependent spots in cash.
I use it just for basic reads.
For instance is if I see a 50/40 guy and I have an overpair I would never consider folding. Or in L3 a guy opens UTG to 300 and I have TT if he is 8/6 I fold and if he is 20/15 I shove.
