Pettitte sure has looked good.
No, I'm saying that not every one-run or game-tied situation calls for "THROW RIVERA IN ASAP". The guy threw over 100 innings last year, which is a fair bit, and that was without playoff action. Probably just wants to conserve him a bit more. Frankly, without the entire rotation being hurt in some way, they wouldn't necessarily need him as much -- I'm sure Farnsworth is capable of throwing meat pies for guys like Scutaro to mash.

I've bet against the Yankees 4 times this year, winning the bet each time.(I've also bet on them once, winning that one)
If someone pays me ~$10,000 I will refrain from betting against them the rest of the year.

you sound like torre yourself... he doesn't use him CLOSE to optimally, and he just does a bad job with bullpen decisions in general... if he did a better job they'd win more games.... if i should make a fuss about anything, this should be it
