Your website also said that you get $5 for signing up and $10 for referring a friend correct? How come none of that money was ever paid out? Im just going to sit back until the 20th and see if it works out but Im curious still.

[ QUOTE ] I'm sure almost everyone is requesting to be paid by neteller. In order to do a peer/peer transaction both neteller accounts must be verified. So if you use neteller their info is already vetted. So there is absolutely no reason to ask for ID if your customer uses neteller other than identity theft, given your previous actions. [/ QUOTE ] My decision to require identity verification documents is final. [/ QUOTE ] What does it matter if people used gnomes as long as you get paid? You are going to fail at business and at life. |

Or are you assuming that a thread that discusses you on one site on the internet is enough to tell everyone of your former customers that they have to jump through a few hoops to get their money? |

To my knowledge, every question you guys are claiming has gone unanswered has been answered in a previous post. Read through my replies before asking again...for example:
Q. Why are you requiring them now? A.[ QUOTE ] I'm requesting verification documents because it has come to my attention that many of the Sports Interaction completions were/are "gnomes." As per our Terms and Conditions, I am well within my rights to request such verification...and failure to do so is breach of contract. [/ QUOTE ] I am acting in compliance with my Terms and Conditions...yet many of you refuse to do the same? No payments would have been sent yet, so regardless of what is going on...none of you have grounds to claim nonpayment. If you refuse to provide the requested verifications your account will be closed - period. In response to another question: the $5 Sign-Up bonus is sent along with your first payment. $10 Referral bonuses are treated as individual orders, but can only be claimed once you've been approved for an offer. |

Why are you not planning to use a portion of your profits from the past year to pay people in the event that SIA doesn't pay you?

FON, so does this mean you are agreeing to pay us what we are owed as long as we send ID? [/ QUOTE ] This has already been answered. Nonetheless, the information on the identification provided MUST match your account information. [ QUOTE ] I assume you are going to email everyone that you owe money to and state that you require ID before they will be paid, and they will receive their money promptly after sending ID? Or are you assuming that a thread that discusses you on one site on the internet is enough to tell everyone of your former customers that they have to jump through a few hoops to get their money? [/ QUOTE ] This should answer that: [ QUOTE ] As suggested by chopstix, I'm considering re-uploading the site with limited functionality (I will need a few hours to code the changes). [/ QUOTE ] |

I'm close to licking this thread and creating a second one as it is greatly interfering with the rest of the forum as it is very long after such a short time. If you come back and see this locked there will be a replacement thread.

[ QUOTE ]
Homer, FON, chopstix and everyone else - I honestly can't decide if I should send this guy a scan of my driver's license or not. Zero chance of getting my $250 if I don't. Chance I get my $250 if I do but also a chance that somehow he could use my info for some other purposes (but I'm not really sure how...and he could easily get that same info by other means if he really wanted it). I also don't know what I did when I clicked on the 'completed SIA offer' on his website for him to know how to pay me in the first place. I thought that since I signed-up by clicking the link on his site then he was going to perhaps pay me via my SIA acct. I guess he might have my e-mail address as well and could pay me via neteller with that info. But I don't remember filling out any kind of form requesting where the payment should be sent to in the first place and I don't even know if I was tracked properly when I signed-up at SIA through CCU to begin with. As I stated previously, as long as he isn't continuing to make money off of me I'm not excessively concerned about not getting paid (except, like everyone else I think, by the principle). I like the SIA site okay and like the lines on some of the games there so I'm actually kind of happy that this whole mess helped lead me to the site at all. I know full well when I sign-up for something like this there is a chance that it won't work out so hot. [/ QUOTE ] FON doesn't exactly seem dimwitted so I can't imagine he would go on a mass identity theft binge when people already know who he is. The most likely explanation is that he's out to get the gnomes and, to be honest, I have a tough time empathizing with anyone who's gnoming. If you steal something, you can't turn around and report it missing when someone else takes it out from under you. Take your lumps and either 1) don't do it next time or 2) do it better. I'll send ID, but only after I get confirmation that I'm going to get paid when I do. |

As per our Terms and Conditions, I am well within my rights to request such verification...and failure to do so is breach of contract. [/ QUOTE ] Why is this not as simple as informing accounts for which SIA is not paying that they broke your T&C by signing up with gnomes and paying all legitimate accounts. I still see no need for documentation. It is sad that you feel the need to throw around terms such as "breach of contract" to make your customers appear to be the bad guys. |
