When I am walking, once I have established a steady background rhythm with my steps, I "solo" over it by lightly tapping and grinding my teeth. I sometimes do this in other situations too, but it's usually just when there is some sort of rhythm already established.

Also, I have some sort of fixation with bristly things where I like to bunch some up and just tap my finger against it - sometimes I catch myself doing it with my own hair. My sister does the exact same thing. She'd probably kill me for saying it, but she took it so far that she used to keep a paintbrush in her bed and she would poke the bristles while she watched TV, or while she was falling asleep. When I was younger and didn't have money, I used to buy her a new paintbrush every year for her birthday. It was meant as a joke, but she always actually used them.

I do the exact opposite. Assuming I am going to finish the entire plate, I always eat evenly, and leave exactly one bite of everything for the end of the meal. I tie this back to childhood - I specifically remember one meal where I didn't finish my mashed potatoes because they were too dry, but my stepfather made me finish them. It took me about 30 minutes to finish just a pile of dry mashed potatoes with nothing else to "wash them down" with, and I suspect I subconciously vowed then to never have this happen again.
