My play which im doing right now at 25NL which is working as I'm typing is to only have 1 play open shove. I only open shove JJ QQ KK AA and AK. I fold every other hand. I only shove. If it folds to me or I can check in the big bling i click fold then yes. preflop.

IMO this seems like the best thing i can do right now to try to recover some money what do you guys think?

I dont believe you lost all that at 200nl.....but about this strategy, i think ferguson from full tilt did something similar to this but basically left the table whenever he doubled up+never had more than 5 or 10% of his roll on one table. Every 20 buyins he would move up to the next limit. I forget how it actually went but i know he turned a small amount into some loot, im passin out now but ill dig around for the article tomorrow.......if your being serious about being on a downswing GL building your roll back up im sure youll be fine.

If your serious, that is pretty terrible man. No way you lost it all at 200NL...

FWIW, I built my roll to where it is now in about a year from a $200 deposit. So it can be done...
