Easley is out for the season/playoffs. Yuck. Newhan will come up for now, Chavez should be back in a week or two. IF will suffer though, only IF on bench is Gotay/Anderson and Green to play first when Milledge starts.
Edit: Not to mention our right handed pinch hitters are now Castro(hurt) and Gotay(switch).

He's probably going to be out for a little while because it looked like he turned it over," manager Willie Randolph said. "We'll decide who we'll bring in (Sunday)." Anderson Hernandez or David Newhan figures to be the choice.

[/ QUOTE ] Gotta imagine Omar will try and find a waiver bat out there somewhere. You can't have your primary RH bats off the bench being your backup catcher and a guy who can't hit righty.
