nah, that was one of good2cu's friends that drove down with him. he was the one that attempted to jump out a window then got stuck on the roof and had to be rescued by the fire department. he went to jail with em2.

for all the non-americans talking about how crazy this story sounds, it is a pretty extreme example. i've been to countless house parties where the police have showed up, many of them were the people drinking are underage. i have never seen a cop break a door down to get into the party. However, I have never been at a party where the people inside just try and sit tight waco style. generally, it's best to just go out and talk to them. they don't want people driving drunk, that's the main concern.
