It's really funny listening to some of my friends talk about TJ.
Friend A "He's so selfish all he cares about is himself"
Friend B "What about when he told Mitchell to start Calderon over him because he wasn't healthy"
Me "What about the fact he averages over 10 assists per 48"
Friend A " "

What's funny is that if T.J.'s 3 goes in, Ford suddenly gets so much love.
People tend to forget the games he's carried us through.
Another example of why Toronto has some of the worst fans, slightly behind Philly's.

Toronto has terrible fans in every sport. Philly's fans are way better because at least they care when the team loses. When the raptors/jays are bad 90% of people know nothing about them and are just like LOL raptors/jays.

But as soon as they get good ZOMG!! RAPTORS/JAYS ARE AMAZING I'M THE #1 FAN. I KNEW THEY'D TURN IT AROUND I ALWAYS SUPPORTED THEM.

Also, what's the deal with L. Jackson getting more minutes than MoPete and Joey?

And who the [censored] is Luke Jackson?

Also, taking sports radio comments as a good barometer for fan sentiment is silly IMO. They always need something to bitch about because they are miserable people. The fact that they're bitching about a very good player like TJ is a good sign for our team.

Ya but the Toronto fans don't throw batteries.

And that'll be the last time I ever defend a Torontonian

Unfortunately, calls from the enlightened/non-bandwagon fans are few and far between. This group would rather take their analysis to these types of message boards where there's the opportunity to go in depth. Call in shows are essentially a method for the bandwagoners to be giddy/blow off steam.

Ya Philly fans are [censored]. But they're way better than Toronto fans IMO. They care a lot more.

Am I the only person who's really hoping the raptors have a whitewash at some point this season?
Last night they almost did at the end of the game with calderon, Jackson, Rasho, Parker and Bosh. This has to happen eventually.

I don't see any obvious reasons why they should...unless you think the injured Wiz are due for a run?
