This is BS, my profile has been down for maintenace for like 3 hours but it seems no one else's is. What the hell kind of maintenance do you need to do on one person's account that takes 3 hours? I googled this message and it seems fairly common but I can't find out how long it takes to go back up, anyone know?

I think you are doing pretty good at getting the initial conversation going, but i do not think you are giving yourself enough credit here. These girls are really obviously trying to bang you. Be more forward. It's your transition from subtext infused small talk to meeting in person/banging you need to work on.
